Student Announcements



  • Students returning missing Chromebook pieces
    • If you are an 8th grader, report to the library 1st period
    • 7th graders – bring missing pieces to the library 2nd period
    • 6th graders – bring missing pieces to the library 3rd period


  • Lockers will be cleaned & checked in the next couple of days and you will not have access to them on the last day of school. Please plan accordingly to get things like instruments and special projects home.
    • Backpacks are not allowed on the last day of school.
    • Lunch bags will be placed on a cart outside the office. You will pick up your bag at lunchtime, return it to the cart when done eating and retrieve it after school from the cart which will be located outside Door #1 by the flagpole.
    • We will allow students to bring phones on the last day of school, with the expectation that they are in your pocket and turned off.  If we see your phone, it will be brought up to the office, and you will retrieve it from Richard as you exit the building at the end of the day.


  • Still need a yearbook? We ordered a few extra!  Bring $30 cash or check to the Office today.


  • Remember – if you have missing &/or damaged materials, a negative meal balance or any fines – you WILL NOT receive your yearbook TODAY. All materials must be returned, or fines paid to receive your yearbook.


  • Start your summer with a fun evening of baseball with the Lincoln Salt Dogs! On the night of May 23, Lux will have its very own reserved section of seats, so you can sit with your friends while supporting your Lux Boosters and cheering the Salt Dogs to victory. 1/2 of the tickets sales come back to Lux!  Buy tickets online for $14, come to the office for more info.


  • Love to sing and dance??? Then Spartan Junior Show Choir Camp is for you!! Get info in the Office.


  • Attention 8th graders interested in running cross country next year at East High, there will be a short informational meeting in Room 208 after school on TODAYregarding summer running and clinic. See Ms. Sigler for more details.


  • Do you like bocce ball, bowling, golf or soccer or want to learn how to play any of these sports?  Special Olympics Unified teams are looking for partners to form combined teams this summer. Come to the Office for more info.
